Quality engineer Cv-library south east england automotive/aerospace We are currently looking for a quality engineer to work for a manufacturing and electronics company based in fareham, hampshire. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a sub-contract electronic manufacturing environment. Day to day you will be supporting the quality manager with the development, maintenance and improvement of the internal quality management system. Other tasks include : * planning internal & external audits. * generating first article inspections. * performing final inspections. * maintaining calibration systems. * maintaining quality documents, plans, procedures & process work flows. * deputising for the quality manager during their absence. * proactively advise management of any issues that may affect delivery and or quality. Qualifications : * a relevant engineering qualification ( e. G. Hnd, hnc or higher in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering ). * awareness & understanding of qms disciplines iaw iso 9001 / as9100 / ts16494 * auditing skills iaw as9100 / iso9001 / ts16949 * must have industry standard inspection qualifications ( ipc ).
